and now...

ON TO THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE!!!!!

Once again, it's the beginning of the month which means it's MOVIE TRIBUTE WEEK! This month we are honoring the film Armageddon, with Aerosmith's "Don't Wanna Miss A Thing." There is so much emotion in this song that we think it's perfect for scrapping - we hope you do too! Check out the lyrics in the sidebar.

We have noticed that there are sometimes issues with our videos not being able to be viewed by participants in other countries. We are trying to work on that because we want everyone to be able to hear the song! We have noticed that this week's video is not able to be viewed in Germany, and we don't know which other countries might be having a problem with this. If you are having trouble viewing the video, please try this link to a different video of the same song. We hope this helps!

We have an awesome and unique sponsor for you this week - GAUCHE ALCHEMY!!! Their crafting kits feature a wide variety of found objects and vintage ephemera, as well as newly manufactured supplies by the best names in the business. Each kit is designed to jostle your creativity with unique tid-bits, coordinated colors and delicious textures.

Our friends at Gauche Alchemy are offering this gorgeous vintage prize for this week's challenge...
Included: custom LP mini-album, vintage "circle-o-keys" tool, rubber stamp sentiment, vintage sheet music, vintage-themed wallpaper swatches, childrens book pages, dictionary pages, punchinella swatches and custom note shapes, vintage Sears catalog pages (cameras, instruments), Japanese dictionary pages, Cosmo Cricket Fleuriste papers (mini)

And as an added bonus, Gauche Alchemy's own design team member Erika Taylor has played along with our challenge this week to show some possibilities for using Gauche Alchemy supplies on your layouts!!! Here's the beautiful layout Erika created...
Thank you Erika!
